Your profile is only shown to people with a higher chance of compatibility, not to the general population. AILO’s compatibility criteria take careful measures to filter out risky profiles and prioritize authentic connections. While our assessment is not a psychological profiling tool and we do not conduct background checks, we focus on ensuring that every introduction has a strong potential for a meaningful connection.
To help you make more informed choices, AILO also presents a breakdown of compatibility percentages across six key areas (Magnetism, Connection, Comfort, Perspective, Objectives, and Timing). This way, you can see where alignment is strongest and make decisions with deeper insight, not just surface impressions.
How long does it take to complete the AILO assessment?
The AILO™ assessment takes about 7–10 minutes to complete. It’s important to answer as honestly as you can. We’re not matching you based on any single response. Each answer is distilled and weighed as part of a larger pattern, giving you a meaningful and accurate picture of compatibility.
How do I unmatch with someone?
In your Match Lounge, scroll to the bottom of the profile and tap Unmatch. Once you unmatch, that person will no longer appear in your active matches. However, if your compatibility score remains 70% or higher, they may reappear in your Feed after 30 days, giving you the option to reconnect if the timing feels right.
Why are some of the matches not “my type”?
Attraction is multi-layered. What you notice at first glance is only one piece of who someone is. AILO encourages you to look beyond surface “types” to discover deeper qualities — like energy, values, lifestyle, and communication.
