AILO International Inc. is a uniqueplatform designed to help people seeking meaningful, compatible relationshipsconnect with one another—but with more to offer! AILO, which stands forAuthentic, Intelligence, Love, Optimization, significantly boosts your chancesof building a successful, fulfilling connection.

AILO was created to solve a commonchallenge: understanding what makes an ideal, complementary partner andactually finding them. The platform was founded by a seasoned relationshipcoach who, after years of guiding singles and couples, recognized theimportance of understanding innate behavior, needs, motivations, andcommunication styles. To bring this insight to a wider audience, she and herteam developed a platform designed to help those who truly seek and valuelasting love.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to personal dataAILO International, Inc. (“AILO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects. This Policyalso covers rights and choices related to your personal data.

AILO (com.katana.ailo) isintended exclusively for users 21 years of age or older. We do not knowinglycollect or allow the submission of personal data from anyone under 21.

Age Restriction & Protection of Minors

AILO (Package Name: com.katana.ailo) isdesigned exclusively for adults 21 yearsof age or older.

Althoughthe Apple App Store and Google Play may classify AILO under an 18+ age rating for platform compliancepurposes, AILO’s internal policystrictly prohibits access to anyone under 21.

• You must be atleast 21 years old to create an account or use AILO in any capacity.

• During registration, users are required to providetheir date of birth, and our systemprevents the entry of any birth year that would result in an age below 21.

• Any attempt to misrepresent age or bypass verificationwill result in immediate accountsuspension and permanent removal.

Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation (CSAM /CSAE)

AILOmaintains a strict zero-tolerance policytoward any form of Child Sexual AbuseMaterial (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE), grooming, orsolicitation involving minors.

• The creation, possession, distribution, request, orpromotion of such content is strictlyforbidden.

• Any user suspected of engaging in such conduct will beimmediately suspended and reported to the National Center for Missing& Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevantlaw enforcement authorities.

• Allassociated data may be retained and disclosed for investigative and legalcompliance purposes.

Reporting & Enforcement

Users mayreport any content or behavior involving potentialchild endangerment, exploitation, or age misrepresentation by:

• Using the in-app“Report” function, or

• Contacting us directly at safety@ailoapp.com

All reportsare reviewed within 24 hours.Accounts under investigation may be temporarilyrestricted or suspended.Confirmed violations will result in permanent account removal and referral tolaw enforcement.

Wherelegally required, AILO may retainrelevant data from reported accounts and disclose it to law enforcement orregulatory authorities to support investigations into safety-relatedincidents.

Parental or Guardian Concerns

If youbelieve a minor is using AILO in violation of these terms, please contact safety@ailoapp.com. We will investigatepromptly and remove any associated data.

How We Use Data

The questions in our assessment may seem odd at first, but your answersare never shown on your profile or anywhere else throughout our platform. Your answers are only used for our scientificand proven analysis of your natural behavior, lifestyle preferences, perceptionand tolerate. We do not discriminate orspecifically look for area of similarities. There is a complex computation thatmeasures multiple categories to evaluate compatibility between your nature andyour ideal partner’s. We’re only interested in helping you find the ONE!

We also use data to:

· Evaluateyour compatibility with other users of the app.

· Identifyyou when you use our mobile app.

· Completetransactions.

· Improveor create services and products.

· Conductanalytics.

· Connectwith you (e.g., addressing your requests, inquiries, issues, or feedback).

Joint Assessments (AILO Duo)

For AILODuo, assessment data provided by each participant is used to generate jointcompatibility results that are visible to both participants. Duo reports arestored within the Services and may be removed by a user. Removed reports cannotbe restored.

How We Share Data

We do not share, sell, or distributeany of your personal information with a third-party entity for reasons otherthan to operate our services and run our company. Your information is storedand used for AILO’s profile creation and compatibility analysis.

In addition to the specific situations discussed elsewherein this Policy we may share personal data in the following situations:

· Public Profile. The data included in your public profile will bedisplayed on your profile and shared with the matches we add to your feed.

· Affiliates and Acquisitions. We may share data with our affiliates(e.g., parent company, sistercompanies, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under commoncontrol). If a company acquires or enters negotiations to acquire, our company,business, or assets, we may share data with that company.

· Other Disclosures without Your Consent. We may share data tocooperate with law enforcement, participate in a legal process, or for legalcompliance. We may share your data to establish or exercise our rights, todefend against legal claims, to investigate, prevent, or act on possibleillegal activities, threats to safety of person or property, or a violation ofour policies. Your data may be shared to ship products to or provide servicesby a third-party agent.

· Service Providers. We may share your data with service providers.Service providers may help us to run our website, conduct surveys, providetechnical support, process payments, fulfill orders, and more.

Not all the rights above are absolute, and they do notapply in all circumstances. We may limit or deny some requests because the lawpermits or requires us to. We will not discriminate against individuals whoexercise their privacy rights under applicable law.

How We Protect and Retain Data

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage isfully secure. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal data, wecannot guarantee its security. If we are required to inform you about a securityincident, we will do so electronically, in writing, or by phone, as the lawpermits.

User Messages & Communications

AILO mayoffer messaging or communication features that allow users to exchange contentwithin the Services. Communications are visible to the participating users andare stored in accordance with the functionality of the Services.

Users areresponsible for managing their own conversations, including deleting orremoving chat history within the app. AILO does not guarantee the retention, availability,or restoration of any messages or communication history.

Blocking orreporting another user may restrict future communications but does notautomatically remove prior messages. Users acknowledge that any informationshared through messaging features is provided at their own discretion and risk.

Third-Party Applications/Websites

We may provide links to websites and other third-partycontent or services that we do not own or operate. We have no control over theprivacy practices of websites or services we do not own. For details about suchthird parties’ privacy practices, see their privacy Policies.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may change our Policy and privacy practices. New Policies will be published on ourwebsite. If changes are material, thePolicy that was in place when you submitted personal data to us will generallygovern that data unless you consent to the new Policy. Our Policy shows“effective” and “last updated” dates below. The effective date is the date thecurrent version took effect. The last updated date is the date the currentversion was last substantively changed.
